A life you can be present for.

Toast & Fig Jam helps you understand yourself and find support for the life you want to live. More time for making things, relationships you can show up in and choices that reflect what matters to you.

Your life and your body belong together.

Bioharmony is how we describe living in a closer relationship with your body. Your energy, emotions, surroundings and relationships all belong in the picture. We pay attention to what helps you take part in your life, and what might need to change.

The philosophyBioharmony
Your body belongs in the decisions that shape your life. Its needs are worth listening to, even when they interrupt the plan.
The understandingNeurowellness
Understanding how your nervous system, energy, emotions and sensory needs interact with the world around you.
The applicationBody compatibility
Letting daily life make room for the body you have. That might mean a different pace at work, clothes you feel good in or plans that allow for rest.
The destinationSelf-authorship
Having more choice about where your time and attention go, who you spend them with and what you make space to do.

Our method, in its clearest form.

  1. Support the state.

Notice what is happening and what support might fit your energy, sensory needs, emotions and capacity right now.

  2. Change the conditions.

Look at the demands, surroundings, relationships and resources shaping the moment. Consider what could change, and where help or protection is needed.

  3. Move toward the desire.

Choose a step toward what matters to you that fits your actual life. Notice what happens, learn from it and adjust.

Sometimes support is a quieter room or a smaller plan. Sometimes it is a boundary, an honest conversation, practical help or professional care. What helps depends on you and the life around you.

What we explore.

The question that guides us.

Does this help you participate more fully in your life, with more presence, expression and choice?

Maybe you want to pick up a paintbrush, find a community or be more present with someone you love. Yet another evening disappears into scrolling, or you find yourself pulling away when you wanted to connect. We are interested in what would help you have more choice in those moments.

That includes the freedom to rest and spend time alone. You decide which relationships, activities and possibilities deserve your attention.

There is room for the whole picture.

A full life includes difficult feelings. You can be angry, sad, tired or uncertain and still be responding to something that matters. We want to help you understand what you need, with enough support to consider what comes next.

Money, caregiving, disability, illness, discrimination and harmful relationships affect what is possible. They deserve practical attention, access and protection. No amount of personal reflection makes those responsibilities yours alone.

Our work offers education and personal support. Bioharmony is a philosophy for living, and professional care remains an important source of help when you need it.
