Accuracy includes making it easy to question our work and correcting verified errors clearly.
Report a possible error
Email hello@toastandfigjam.com or call (314) 254-2647 and say that you are making a correction request. If possible, provide the page address, the exact statement, why you believe it is inaccurate, and a supporting source. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary to evaluate the issue.
How we review
We assess the source, significance, safety implications, and whether the issue changes a reader’s likely understanding. The original author and relevant reviewer are involved when appropriate. A disagreement in interpretation is not automatically an error, but material uncertainty should be represented fairly.
How corrections appear
Material corrections include an updated date and a visible description of what changed. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may not receive a separate note. Content can be withdrawn when it cannot be corrected safely or accurately.
Urgent issues
Potentially harmful safety instructions, privacy exposure, fabricated evidence, or a materially misleading health claim receive priority review. Email and phone contact do not provide an emergency or crisis service.
