- No account to begin
- Nothing is saved unless you choose
Our method, in everyday life.
Knowing better doesn’t always produce change. Support and conditions matter, and your desires give them a direction.
Support the state.
Notice what is happening and what support might fit your energy, sensory needs, emotions and capacity right now.
Change the conditions.
Look at the demands, surroundings, relationships and resources shaping the moment. Consider what could change, and where help or protection is needed.
Move toward the desire.
Choose a step toward what matters to you that fits your actual life. Notice what happens, learn from it and adjust.
What would you like to work toward?
A few ways to begin. Your check-in makes it personal.
You might be thinking
“I miss having people to do life with. I want to make friends, but starting over feels exhausting.”
Find your way toward belonging.
Explore what makes connection difficult for you, and what support could help you take a first step.
You might be thinking
“I want a loving relationship, but dating leaves me second-guessing myself and losing sight of what I want.”
Make room for the love you want.
Get clearer about what you need in a relationship and what keeps getting in the way.
You might be thinking
“Work gets everything I have. I feel burned out, and even the things I used to enjoy feel like more effort.”
Have something left for yourself.
Look beyond getting through another day. Explore support that takes your energy, demands and needs seriously.
You might be thinking
“I’m doing what I’m supposed to do, but I don’t feel connected to it. I want a direction that means something to me.”
Find a direction that feels like yours.
Make space for what matters to you, with guidance shaped around where you are now.
There is a life you want to be part of.
The art you keep meaning to make. The people you want to feel closer to. An evening that feels like your own. Support should help you find your way into those things.
We call our approach Bioharmony: understanding your body and your circumstances so you can make more room for the life you want. You shouldn’t have to carry every change on your own.
A few things you might want to know.
What happens when I start?
Share what matters to you and what feels hard. Your check-in helps shape a personal plan, relevant support options and a place to begin.
Do I need an account or membership?
Start without an account. A free account keeps your plan and includes your first practical module and follow-up. Membership opens more modules and ongoing support. You’ll see the price before any payment.
How is AI used?
With your permission, AI helps reflect on what you share. You can correct or reject its suggestions. It cannot diagnose you or decide what is safe. Reviewed guidance is also available without AI.
Can I find support beyond TFJ?
Your plan can include types of support to explore, practical first steps and resources for seeking help.
Is this therapy?
No. Toast & Fig Jam offers personal guidance for everyday wellbeing: reflection, support options and practical next steps. It can sit alongside therapy and medical care, but does not replace them or provide emergency support.
Start with what’s on your mind.
Create a free account to keep your plan. Membership opens more guided modules and ongoing follow-up as you put it into practice.
