Agreement

By accessing or using Toast & Fig Jam, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to the current website, guest Guided Moment, passwordless accounts, and paid membership. Additional terms may apply to future research, connected data, or other features before they launch.

Account eligibility and location

Creating an account is currently limited to people who are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and living in the United States. Paid membership has the same initial limitation. We ask for a confirmation, not your birthdate, identity document, or precise location.

Public educational pages and the guest experience may be technically accessible elsewhere without an account or location prompt. That access does not mean the service has been reviewed or launched for every country. Do not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law. The service is not designed for children.

General-wellness and educational service

Toast & Fig Jam provides general-wellness education and self-support tools. It does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. It does not determine your biological state or whether a situation is safe.

Information and support options may not fit every person or situation. You choose whether to try an option and should stop if it feels unsuitable or makes things worse. Seek a qualified professional for questions that require professional judgment.

Service availability and changes

We continue to develop the service. Features may be unavailable, changed, or removed. You can create a passwordless account and, when you explicitly choose, save a reviewed Personal Map. Optional membership provides the paid features described on the membership page. Do not rely on the service as your only source of support, storage, records, or decision-making assistance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to harm, threaten, exploit, or deceive another person.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, or usage limits.
• Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Copy, scrape, or use the service in a way that violates law or our rights.
• Misrepresent the service as medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency support.

Accounts and paid services

You are responsible for access to the email address connected to your account. You choose whether to save a reviewed result. You may export or delete saved Personal Map records through the account experience. Do not attempt to create an account if you do not meet the age and location requirements above.

Membership costs $14.99 USD per month or $119 USD per year, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. There is no free trial. Your chosen plan renews automatically at that frequency until you cancel. Stripe processes payments and requires your agreement to these Terms before purchase. Cancel from your account before the next renewal to stop the next charge; access continues through the period you have paid for. Basic safety information, account data export, deletion, and billing cancellation remain available without payment.

Ownership

The website, product design, text, graphics, branding, and other service materials are owned by Toast & Fig Jam or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the current service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow us to use it to evaluate and improve the service without identifying you publicly. Do not provide confidential or sensitive personal information as general feedback.

Third-party resources

The service may link to third-party resources. Toast & Fig Jam does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Toast & Fig Jam does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every person, or produce a particular health, emotional, relationship, work, or life outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toast & Fig Jam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others; comply with law; address misuse; or discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires another form of agreement.
