Hasna

I created Toast & Fig Jam for the moment when a person can feel that something is off, but does not yet have a way to name it. My work blends nervous system awareness, everyday decision-making, and the slow practice of building a life that is in harmony with who you are.

Founder and primary author of Toast & Fig Jam

Why I built Toast & Fig Jam

TFJ began with a simple problem: many people try to make choices, create, rest, connect, or keep going without first knowing what state they are asking themselves to act from.

The check-in is a doorway into that moment. It gives language for what may be present, then invites a return over time so patterns can become easier to recognize.

What I write about

  • Nervous system state awareness.
  • Capacity and everyday decision-making.
  • Bio-harmony and the search for a life that fits.
  • Gentle pattern recognition over time.
  • Wellness culture with careful claim boundaries.

How I approach research

I look for primary sources where possible, separate established evidence from emerging ideas, and name uncertainty when it matters. When a page touches health-adjacent science, the goal is careful context rather than a promise of a result.

TFJ's public content follows the Editorial Standards before it becomes part of the article library.

What I bring

I bring a founder's lens, a product-building lens, and a careful synthesis practice. TFJ is built around the belief that people deserve tools that meet them with more precision, softness, and respect for capacity.

If clinical or scientific reviewers are added to specific articles in the future, their role, scope, and review date will be shown on the relevant page.

Where my limits are

My writing is educational and reflective. Toast & Fig Jam does not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, crisis care, or professional evaluation. For personal medical, mental health, or crisis support, please work with qualified professionals or local emergency resources.
